It started with the sticker shock of $157 for a dog grooming... we've only ever paid $85 as the MAX! But it got worse... the dog came back and kept shaking his head... all day and all night. We wound up taking him to the vet and then found a few large clumps of hair and dirt from the grooming pressed up against his eardrum. After a $420 vet bill, we're not happy!

They really do know their stuff and my four year old American Eskimo came home smelling and looking amazing. The cut was very neatly and tidy all around. The price was very affordable for what it includes (bath, nails, brush and trim).
A	Amaal Farah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To all customer's of Dog world beauty shop the owner Hazel is a thief my cousin recently worked for her for 3 months she's new to the country and has been here since February she was looking to get some experience working with dogs so she started working at Hazel shop. Then then Hazel started deducting 60 to 70% of her paycheck and telling my cousin it's for the government tax it's so crazy to me that in this day and age in Canada that's someone can do this to somebody else, the craziest thing is from what my cousin is telling me about the shop customers with tip the dog assistance in the dog washers and Hazel will keep all the tips we reported her to the labor board and to Revenue Canada. All I'm saying is if she can do that to her employee I definitely wouldn't trust her with my dogs.

The grooming tables are out in the open for any customer to walk in and see. We have miniature schnauzers who require a very specific cut & Hazel always does a great job. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy and her staff provides excellent care for dogs.

They did cut my dog’s nails and the next day his front leg paws were disaffected! I would not recommend it to others. The store doesn’t look clean and as hygienic as they should be
