★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had a worse experience having a pedicure. Didn’t clean or shape my nails properly. No attention paid to the bottoms of my feet and the polish is all over my cuticles, it looks like I did my own nails in a rush.
So disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this place for years and bring my daughter as well. The staff is really dedicated and usually do a great job. However, I did a mani-pedi on Sunday and on Tuesday it was peeling off. I've called them and they told me that gel lasts longer. Well if I do my nails at home it lwould have asted longer than two days. I was told to get back there to fix it but not able to go there and fix as I am working longer hours this week. It is only Wednesday and I will have to take the polish off :( I'm frustrated, I would expect it to last at least 6 days (I do not wash dishes by hand or scrub floors).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a great place to do your nails, go to Urban Nails in Uptown (Close to the Noodle Box ). The place is very clean and people working there are very nice. They do an excellent nails and quality nails. I was going there for many years and now my teenage daughter is going there to do her nails.
I highly recommend this place for: quality work, nice staff, clean place and reasonable prices. I would definitely go there if you want to do your acrylics, gel nails or pedicures. Also, they have very good hours so you can go there 7 days a week. Thank you Urban Nails for an excellent work on our nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never had a pedicure before, so I have no real point of reference, but man oh man, is this place lovely! Massage chairs, lovely employees, and the foot rub was divine! Sooooo many choices of colour for polish, and very reasonably priced for the service provided! Will definitely be going again!
