★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a phone and tablet from Himanshu SHARMA at the Bell Uptown store. He was very helpful and gave me information on the different products and plans so I could make an informed decision. I went back the next day and he solved my email issue. Very nice. Glad the office was open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. After the Telus store right next door would not let me in the store because of my medical face mask exception. I went to bell . . Very great experience and didn't have my civil rights violated. I was a Telus customer for over 14 years. But this was the last straw. I'm glad I made the right choice. Thank you Akash Nanda for your great service.

Not only did he solve my father’s cell phone issues, quickly and easily getting him into a lower price plan with a free new phone, but he was very accommodating and understanding about my fathers age and health related issues as well. I’d give him more than five stars if I could.
