Signed up at westshore store. Customer service was good. Had to go to uptown store to collect second phone. Chris's help and knowledge there was second to none. He went above and beyond to help and explain everything to us even though we did not buy phones through him. Great service and professional

Stellar service! Just moved into town and Chris help my wife and I set up our new phones and home internet. He was patient, clear, made sure we knew every detail and worked out every promo for us he could find. It made the transition seemless. Along with his awesome attitude I highly recommend seeing Chris at this location.

I just want to review the services of Freedom mobile. A few weeks ago I got a plan for my teenage daughter. I needed a reasonable plan so she can have unlimited texting. The price was so good for a monthly plan that my husband signed on to the Freedom mobile network as well. We were dealing with Chris B. in the Uptown location, Victoria BC. All people working there are good but Chris was really helpful and his customer skills are just amazing. Therefore, if you want to get a Freedom plan, go to the Uptown location and ask for Chris. Chris is very patient, explained things so everyone could understand, he is very helpful with an amazing customer service. We are planning to send many of our friends and colleagues there because we like Freedom mobile network and we like this location. 

I'm a new Freedom mobile customer. In November 2019, I spoke to Chris H at Freedom mobile's uptown location. Chris was fantastic. He sat me through the process from start to finish, going through plan details, activation, and tips and tricks to try to get my LTE connected (it didn't at first, which was not Chris fault). Chris knew all of the details of many processes to an incredible degree. What really impressed me was the honesty and expressiveness from Chris and the other staff: - While I was there, someone from a distant rural town came in, the staff they told him about the limited service in his town - The staff also mentioned a "band limitation" to me, since I use an unusual device which slightly reduces my service. They didn't need to say these things, to a lesser business they might not help make a sale. But since what they said matched my research, their honesty improved trust and made for a super polished experience. Now, the reason why we should care is that Canadians have very bad cellphone services. The big carriers seem to try to just to take as much money as possible from consumers. On top of this, they also tend to be arrogant in an obscure way, hiding behind their shabby protocols. At least in this location, it looks like Freedom mobile is trying to give us better service. We should recognize these efforts if we want better service and prices.

I bought a new phone at different store and when I came home nothing worked. I couldn’t set it up and the other store had closed. I called Uptown Freedom mobile and lucky for me the most caring and helpful guy named Chris answered the call. He quickly set my mind at easy and helped me to start the set up process. Something the other store never even bothered to do. Not only did he help me he went over and above by giving me his cell # because the store was closing soon. So on his own time at home Chris helped me set up everything I needed except my Shaw email. He went further to offer to have me come in so he could finish helping set that up and show me a few great features with the new phone. Not many people go that extra mile. If you need a new phone please go see Chris at Uptown Freedom Mobile you won’t regret it. Chris if you see this again thank you. You are amazingly patient and kind. Tara B

I have recently joined Freedom mobile. And so far, It’s great. I got an absolute zero plan with a new phone, and I love it, the price is unbeatable. My experience started by meeting Chris B, he is truly a great guy. He went above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with everything, explained everything and was so patient with me. He didn’t pressure at all, and was able to find me the perfect plan for the perfect price, even better than what I was expecting. I can say, Freedom has a new customer because of Chris. Thank you man.

Service rep makes mistake then does not correctly deal with it causing me to chase freedom for refund. Also after being freedom customer for two years prices are cheaper, but cell service drops off depending on location much more often than other carriers. I’ll be changing to a different provider.
