★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not impressed AT ALL with Telus! There are problems on their website EVERY TIME I try to do something like a payment, view my billing information or even add a service!! Today, I called to give them a 1 month notice that I am moving and after waiting for more than 33 min. on the phone, the agent couldn't hear me talking - funny enough - I use TELUS cell phone services!!! The agent is like: "I am going to call you back at this number 647-241-.... " which is NOT my phone number!! Never got a call back (duh!) and I now have enough time to write a review because I've been transferred so many times and waiting online for a "live chat" for more than 30 min. RIDICULOUS!!!! Not impressed - each time I need something - there's an issue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kristen from the Uptown location was extremely helpful today on the phone when I had questions about the internet during my zoom exams. I am not a very techy person and she explained everything very thoroughly and and provided multiple options to help with my problem. Your help was much appreciated. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst service ever! This place would not even let me in the store without a mask even with proof of a medical exception. . I went directly next door to bell And had zero problems. I was a Telus customer for over 12 years. They should learn not to infringe on people's rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 13 walked into the lake with his phone. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. Went to this TELUS store and the customer service was absolutely on point. They looked into my plan and ended up I only had to pay a deductible and his new phone arrived in 2 days. They were very friendly and very understanding to my situation. This will now be the store I visit for any of the TELUS needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for Mobility for Good. Telus told me on the phone to take the sim card to the store and they will install it into my phone and port my number. The store in Uptown said no they cannot do that. I called Telus again and they said yes the store should have done that for me. I was able to do it with the help of the service rep on the phone. I called store to let them know as Seniors are getting Mobility for Good. The rep Scott was very curt with me. He was not at all interested in my issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited for over an hour for customer service and finally got someone located in Guatemala. The phone reception was so poor, I could not understand what he was saying. I am paying for extra for high speed wifi, and I lost over $1,000.00 of business today, because I had intermittent wifi connections, with sometimes 20 minutes of no internet. What has happened to Telus. I do not want to give my drivers licence or personal information out to someone who is not even on Canadian soil. This is beyond unacceptable!!!

I will admit that I was confused by the sign that said, "Due to staffing shortages we will be closing early on Thursday, December 3 and Friday, December 6." I got the items I wanted, great customer service, and a laugh besides.
