★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This boutique offers a jaw-dropping selection of precious apparel, which is complimented by a usually warm and friendly staff. However, my appreciation for this store was tarnished by the rudeness of an employee not long ago. I was looking at some shoes and we started to strike up a conversation. She seemed friendly until she asked if I'd like the shoe in my size and I jokingly said "No" and started to explain why. However, upon saying "No", she immediately turned on her heel and walked away from me. She then made a rather theatrical point of refusing to look at me during the remainder of my stay, which I ended promptly. This snobbish behaviour made me feel extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable. Most of the staff are great so I will be back, just not for a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased some shoes here and when I got home I noticed a small rip in the leather. When I brought these shoes back the next day, I was greeted by Lauren. She was most accommodating and apologetic. She offered me numerous solutions to the problem, giving me the option of what would suit me best. I was very impressed with the customer service Lauren provided and the knowledge she had of the brands they carry. I highly recommend this shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly managed boutique with low service standards. They shipped out a pair of sunglasses to me without making sure the correct pair were in the box. Now they state they are no longer in stock, even though they are still on their website. Get a grip on your inventory! I do not recommend.

I walked past your store about 2 months ago and loved the jeans that I saw. I thought finally stylish/flattering shapes and good quality denim for a reasonable price. I spent the past 2 months saving up my tips to buy a pair of jeans for work. Today I was so excited to go buy one pair. I tried one on and 30 was just a bit too small so I asked if there were any 32s or 34s and no your brand doesn't even make jeans that big. I was so embarrassed and disappointed. It sent me Into a very bad place with my self image I actually couldn't hold back tears as I left the store. Please keep in mind that this is not normal for me, I have a very good self image that I've worked hard for after years of body dysmorphia and eating disorders. everyone in my life makes me feel good about myself . But after leaving your store I immediately felt like I need to loose weight even though I'm a completely normal and common size. This should have never happened in a store like yours. Please please please pass on this message to someone who is in charge of ordering inventory. You need to be more size inclusive!
Alternatively have a sign on the door that says "do not enter if your waist is larger than 30 inches"
Because seeing that would have been so much less painful for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has always been a favourite local boutique of mine, and many treasured pieces from Meraki grace my closet. When you can catch a sale there, you better believe it’s a bomb deal, too! Tonight, my aunt, who was visiting me from up island, and I popped our heads in shortly after the store closed (Good Friday, we were unsure..). The owner, Kylie, was kind enough to let us in anyway, to have a little shop around. It meant a lot because my aunt needed a couple cool pieces and she doesn’t make it to Victoria to shop all that frequently. Kylie, thank you for being so accommodating and staying a bit late for us tonight… it did not go unnoticed! We will be back, as always.
