★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to ask about a product and was met with one of the rudest people on the other line I’ve ever encountered, she was short, not helpful and even went as far as to tell me that she couldn’t help me, it wasn’t a hard ask. I told her no problem, I would go to someone else who wanted my business, they lost out on over $600 dollars in blundstone purchases for my kids and husband. Awful, glad to have gone to another shoe store and received much better customer service. Get that girl off the phone, she is awful.

When I arrived at the store they had already made ready my size and one size larger for fitting and provided excellent care and warranty information.
