Wow this place is somthing. One of the agents "attempted" to save me money and came up with an option that would cost me $75 more but was unable to do the math to see this..... Is it sad that this is the customer service I come to expect from rogers

Honestly I’ve never been able to receive any service here that I’m close to satisfied with. Horribly understaffed and the staff they do have have absolutely no idea how to do anything. This is the third time I’ve walked in, waited for 20 minutes with the other people who have since walked in and then they end up helping someone else, and giving me a sorry shrug. Get some real employees.

Tried to get my phone repaired/ upgraded which I am covered for. They gave me the run around about how I'm not an authorized account member (family plan), which isnt true because I've had repairs done through other Rogers. Even if I'm not the authorized user, why do i need authorization from someone else to use a phone that I pay for? Terribly unprofessional service as well as whacked up policies.

The staff (lady working evenings 2019/03/28) at this location denied my valid government issue id (BCID and BC Service Card with picture) as primary ID. They then told me to have a phone plan I must have a drivers licence?! I let them know this was illegal practice to deny this identification in BC. She told me it was 100% needed. So to use a cell in 2019 with Rogers apparently she thinks you need to drive too. Non-sense. You may hook up over the phone with less hassle and better deals. Forget this place customer service was a -5 stars. Just insanity.

This store has some real talent working inside, the store manager has exceeded my expectations. He spent at least 20 mins with me helping me set up a new phone. I do recommend this store. However if you think that your going to need extra assistance like me, try to pick a slower time in the day. Big thanks!

I have a used phone originally locked by Rogers. Rogers customer service instructed me to go to the booth and unlock the phone. The staff is very rude and won’t do anything for me. Even not allow me inside the store. Horrible customer service.

I accompanied my daughter today while she purchased a new cell phone and created her first cell phone account (just turned 19!). We were helped by Ana Maria, and she was absolute wonderful. Helpful, patient, knowledgeable, thorough and kind. She took the time to explain all the options to her, clarify fees and taxes, ask her questions along the way to be sure she was getting what she actually wanted, and was just overall a pleasure to be helped by. I hope anyone going to this location seeks her out; you won’t be disappointed.

Just got a new phone there, and they were super helpful. The paperwork was confusing but they walked me through everything and explained it. They switched over the phones themselves and then showed me how to use my new phone! They also were not pushy and didn’t try to sell me anything I don’t need or that was better than what I was already getting so they could make an extra buck.
