★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place. I was hesitant to trust a new repair shop, but this guy repaired my phone in just over five minutes. He was patient, honest, showed me what he was doing so I could understand the problem, and only charged me fifteen dollars for the repair (the price is based on how long it takes to fix, but they don't go over a certain price point). Make sure you tip, cuz they deserve it for not wasting any time (nor charging you for slow work).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first time customer. my fault for not doing research. $120 to replace my screen. broken 2 days later. screen response is lousy. not willing to spend another 120 there, but now i'm hooped because no legit apple store will work on. phone that has been touched by black apple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend this place. I paid $30 for them to tell me I should bring my device somewhere else. I find this completely dishonest. They could have just told me they are not an authorized apple technician from the very beginning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT replace iPhone screen here!!! Unless you want to test my word with your $$$$ and time. Go apple.ca make an appointment with apple approved fix shop nearby!!!
The quality of their screen is poor. My iPhone11pro's screen is completely dead after two weeks of their service. The fixing price is too high now. I have to buy a new phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Uptown Blackapple Celular in Victoria near Walmart and the gentleman who was working that day, on January 4th, went out of his way to help me with my phone, as It had a virus, and he did an amazing job fixing the problem. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped my phone in water!! Worked for awhile then would only show make of phone. Took it to best buy because it has damage coverage but you have to send it away and go with out a phone! No way.
Brought it to the guy in the kisosk and he fixed it in an hour cheap!! I hada really bad day and he was so nice and understanding. Good Karma boy and girls, he is honest and very fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They repaired my phone, which I'm happy about.
They estimated it would take 2 days, but it actually took 4 days. I had to follow up with them on the 3rd & 4th days because all they would tell me on both days was, "my colleague asked me to look at it. We'll call you soon."
If it weren't for me checking in, I don't think they'd have the job done in a timely manner.
EDIT: After getting my phone back, the speaker didn't work so I couldn't use it as a phone. I emailed but never got an answer despite auto reply that "A representative will contact you shortly in regards to your request".
I phoned, but their voice mailbox was full and not accepting more messages.
I physically returned to the kiosk and fortunately Karam was helpful. He fixed it in less than 24hours without charging me extra.
YMMV, but I had to do a lot of legwork & checking in for a simple job, when they could have done the job correctly and been communicative with me.

Ali did an excellent job.., he put a tampered glass on so many scratches screen on my iphone that ended up like nothing happened ❤️like a new phone!!! ❤️❤️❤️ you can't see any lines or scratches... i love it... totally recommend this.. easy to talked too.. thanks again so wonderful service ??
