I’ve been trying to contact the manager ever since and no one will return my call. I’ve even called Mayfair mall admin and no one is willing to help me. Avoid at all costs. Would give no stars if I can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is not for this location specifically, though this is where we bought our phone, but for Freedom mobile in general. Their customer service is atrocious if you actually have any issues. The people in the store warned me about their call centers and it was a really bad experience. We had a hardware defect with our Pixel 3 (swelling battery), and it took more than two months to get it replaced, with really poor communication. During that time we had a really low quality loaner phone. We have a baby and rely on our phones for taking pictures (the phone they lent us had a terrible camera). After that timeline I called their loyalty number and they offered us a 5$ discount for 4 months... 20$..

I have been there to upgrade plan with Ankit he wasn't even listening to me properly he was busy with his phone when I was talking.
I changed my provider to Bell mobility same day.
