★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with my Google phone and was impressed with the knowledge and attitude of the staff at this outlet. An issue that I'd never have figured out on my own was promptly and efficiently fixed. Given how much I depend on my phone as my primary means of running my business and communicating with family and friends having it back in working order was top priority. Thanks ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful staff. I was helped by two of the store’s younger employees today. A young woman greeted me at the door and guided me through their COVID protocols for entering the store. A young man then addressed the technical glitch with my iPhone, an issue that Telus’s tech support call centre hadn’t been able to resolve. In the store the problem was resolved within minutes. I’m not a huge Telus fan but would have to say that at this particular store they hire wonderful employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good, however this store has a clearly layed out check-in process when you arrive at the store. I proceeded to follow the process, however I was never notified when it was my turn. There were people lined up, who ignored the check-in process, and the associates were just catering to them. I don't understand the point of the check-in process if they just ignore it. Wasted an hour of my time because of this :)
