Its run by imbeciles. The manager is a complete joke. Service is extremely poor. I never went back. Told them my phone was broken a while ago as it stopped working and when they opened it up there was some dust in it and they told me it was water damage even though the litmus paper did not indicate water damage!. Service is rude and poor. I dont recommend going there especially when they treat their customers I saw including myself like garbage.

They should update their business hrs online moreover when i reachd store there was no sign of business hrs on the door too. The staff working inside with locked door was giving me weird looks as if it was my mistake coming according to the business hrs on google.

completely unhelpful and slightly condescending staff. Was having an issue with my new Samsung Edge 7; (Which i HATE btw), as I couldnt text anybody, thinking my phone was (for whatever strange reason) disconnected; they said it wasnt (AFTER I had coughed up $200 to them). They then proceeded to talk down to me, saying that it HAS to be that someone had blocked me..and told me to go home...(even though I told them i was receiving messages fine before, it was just this day that somethings went wrong) so now im stuck with a samsung phone (that I HATE, that I just gave Rogers $200 for) that can still not send or receive text messages. I walked out of this Rogers location feeling more helpless that before. I can handle not having a phone for a couple days or so...but these two staff members I dealt with,could use some more training in customer service. Not very friendly AT ALL.

I'm not a huge fan of these guys, but the store itself was clean and bright. The displays are nice, and you can get a good sense of the different phones on offer. I found the staff to be disinterested and vague however.

If it were possible to give a 'minus' star rating , that's what would be happening here. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER WITNESSED. The trainee left to flounder when the manager knew exactly what to do with what should have been a simple10 minute transaction, then ignoring the customer when they came back to resolve the issue. When called, central customer service offered $20 in gas money to drive to another store, because "they won't help you". Do yourself a favour and avoid dealing with this apalling company. The best thing for Rodgers would be bankruptcy.????

The store manager is condescendly rude and jump straight into conclusions, accusing me of ordering the device from a third party when it was an OEM device from Rogers. I felt sorry for the trainee there because he was actually nice and helpful to the best of his ability while being talked down by said manager. I don't understand how a store that sold Motorola Z Play phones would not carry a type C USB charger cord for troubleshooting purposes. The store could've had a sale because one of the lines was out of contract and I had considered replacing the device but because of being cut off in explaining what my options were, I angrily walked out and went to the Mayfair location instead. The district manager really needs to re-evaluate the productivity level of this store manager. Along with other deplorable reviews, I'm shocked how this person could've been kept this long without a firing. I used to work in the wireless industry so I know when I am dealing with misinformation, pushback, and overall poor customer service.

Michael was very helpful with my partner made sure she got exactly what she needed and was happy and understood everything. I may not have a Rogers phone but I know good customer service when I see it. So for all your Rogers customer service needs come to hillside Rogers. It was nothing but a positive experience for myself and my partner.

Service was great. They had all the products and accessories I needed. This is my best Rogers experience in the 20 years I've been a Rogers customer. Michael M is five stars. It helped that my timing was good - the store was not busy. Thank you Michael M! If all staff had your attitude, grace, presence, and competence, all reviews would be great.
