★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst phone provider experience by far, I was sent a replacement phone thru my fido phone insurance, was charged a $100 fee and fido mailed me a phone that had a broken screen protector in the packaging... when I called to complain I was told they will not be replacing it for me. What a joke. I would give zero stars if i could
