Tram also has also my nails and she does a perfect job too. I highly recommend this salon.

โ โ โ โ โ Nails forever is the best place to go, the owner and all the technicians/artists are lovely and they do a great job with lots of time and care. I do acrylic nails and they have the most colour choices Iโve seen in Victoria. You get your own nail file and buff block to keep for hygiene purposes. Thank you Thao!

โ โ โ โ โ As an 8 months pregnant lady, the staff in this nail salon make me feel safe and comfortable from start to finish. If there's a wait, they offer me a massage chair to wait and give me a bottle of water... I swear I could nap here.
My gel polish fingers and toes all stay perfect until my fills and all the other regulars I've met here love it here too.

โ โ โ โ โ I've been getting acrylics at Nails Forever very regularly for about two years after I had a bad experience at another salon close by. Nails Forever is one of THE best salons I've gone to when it comes to customer service, kindness and accountability.
Not only do they know my name when I call, but they memorize names of their other clients so quickly along with their preferred services and colours. They always go out of their way for me and I've seen them do the same with their other clients. I've never met such lovely people before!
Always supporting this lovely couple and their business. Thankful to have met them and will always recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ Their website says they do nail repair. I asked for that and they said it wasnโt possible and shut down my idea of cutting it and putting an extension on. So they left me with a cracked nail after the removal of my acrylics. Once they were done and I paid, the polish they did on me was ruined after I grabbed something from my bag. They should have fixed my cracked nail and let my nails dry properly. This honestly is an absolute joke that I even paid for this. So rushed and no attention to what the client wants.
EDIT: the nail service I got was half price because I have a disability and no nails on my left hand, so they did not discount it or give me a special price. All salons do this for me. Calling me 4 times while Iโm driving is not an excuse to say that the customer is in the wrong. I do not want compensation nor a refund. I am giving my honest review.

โ โ โ โ โ Best nail service I've ever received! Been going for about 6 months now, and they are super talented. I show them pictures for inspiration and they've been so kind to work with me to design a truly unique set of nails. Halloween glow in the dark nails last month were hugely popular, and this month it's glow in the dark northern lights! I love coming here and I'm always thrilled with the results. Excellent quality, amazing service, true artists.
