โ โ โ โ โ I booked for gel acrylic, end up with regular acrylic
I didn't even get a chance to try and explain what i was looking for or get a hi, already started filing-- didn't check to see if shapes matched just put them on, on the very tips of my nail, didn't polish before going over with gel colour which resulted in very thick nails. im non-confrontational but I really regret not just walking out as soon as she started gluing without checking the right sizes. Thick nails as a style--fine, but the fact that they weren't polished after applying the powder? that makes no sense. Then when it came to design, the lines were pretty messy and it was clear she was in a rush-- and also nothing close to what I asked and even showed as example to try and get close. they didn't want to do ombre tip; I was just so confused through this experience. The nails were also glue with the tiniest on my nail and over my skin, and the thick nail on thinner nails ended up with my nail bed being ripped off two days later just before I was scheduled somewhere else to get them removed. I have never had that happen before In the 4 years of getting my nails done! It was such a sloppy and rushed job, there's no chance a design would take 40 mins, it was so rushed. Wasted my money, reading these reviews I didn't bother to call for refund because according to past bad experiences they don't seem to really care about customer experience

โ โ โ โ โ They do a great job and are always friendly. This is the only salon where the acrylic nails they do for my daughter have never once come off.. they stay polish perfect!!!

โ โ โ โ โ The lady that did my nails literally cut my cuticles so much that I bled. She then proceeded to keep putting water on the blood but she never even acknowledged her mistake to me or said sorry. She also applied the polish so far from the start of my nails that it looks grown out. I took these photos the day of getting them done. I also did not even receive a discount after telling other staff about this. Would not recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ This gel manicure is three weeks old now. No chips, Iโm beyond impressed. Most durable manicure Iโve had. I am a RMT and wash my hands more than average and require shorter nails than most. The woman who did my manicure gave me exactly what I asked for and I am just blown away that my nails still look great three weeks later.
