The clerk pointed out the return policy "No refunds-Gift Cards-Exchanges Only" and we were fine with that. However, after taking them home and trying them once, they were absolutely not satisfactory. So, we took them back the next day and were told we could not return them, exchange them or anything as we had used them and under Health Canada Regulations, once they had been used they could not be returned. We had NOT been given this information when we purchased them and therefore felt we had a right to return them, but they would not accept them back. I feel their business practices are vague and unethical and I would discourage you from purchasing anything there. We are going to pursue this matter through Consumer Affairs and the Victoria Better Business Bureau.

B	Brendan Baker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instead of a standard review, please read the message I have to send to corporate after putting in a warranty replacement request many times over several months; the store employees have done all they can but the company leaves them hanging: Hello, This is in regards to a warranty item not shipped to a store despite store requests for several months. The store in question, hillside center Victoria BC has had excellent employee and management representation. 3 year warranty was purchased for a 'Gravity Blade" electric scooter. The charger broke shortly after 200km use; the input to the scooter breaking off on release. The store have been friendly and helpful to the ends of their capacity, including manger L.. However, the inability to produce the item has damaged my consumer trust in your brand, severely. I hope you contact me soon in response to this concern. Thank you, B

We burned it until gone and even melted the remaining wax once the wicks had burnt out, only to find no ring inside. No big deal, I returned to the store with my receipt, I told them what had happened. Their response was we need the candle in order to give me a refund... I asked why, the candles burnt out and the wax is gone, regardless of whether or not I have the glass you are taking my word that there wasn't a ring inside. I'm offended that you think I'm trying to cheat my way into a 25 dollar replacement candle. And I am extremely disappointed in the customer service for the way they dealt with it. Congrats, you robbed a little girl of a fun Christmas experience over a candle that likely costs you 5 dollars.
