I then ordered a table online and received a email saying the table was back ordered and would be in sometime in April. I have heard nothing from them since then and have actually sent two emails asking for a update but no response. Very disappointing.

Dodd's customer service is nonexistent. They did not honor the warranty in any way. The bed frame had to be reinforced because it was poorly and cheaply built. One of the couch cushion started to tear along the seam. Customer service never returned my many, many calls. I went to the store several times only to be handed a card for customer service. Sales people were Rude and useless once they had my money. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY AT THIS BUSINESS.

Could not find that in hardware stores and no idea the size even if I were to order online. Last resort I went to Dodd's. Well, they looked for these parts from their manufacturers and could not secure them. They thuis sent their two techs to my home and got the table fixed good as new! What furniture store that extra mile? Of course, Dodd's!

We needed a couch delivered in a certain day and within half an hour we got exactly what we wanted delivered on the day we wanted. The staff is so friendly helpful. This is one of the only places where I feel they are on your side and not just interested in the sale. Ask for Denis or Sylvia, they are amazing.

Definitely recommend to anyone who looking for good quality solid wood furniture that doesn’t cost a fortune. The owner also support multiple local charities so your money will help many people in need on the Vancouver Island.

When we explained what we were looking for he showed us what was available, patiently and without any pressure. He gave us the time we needed to look around and helped us make choices that we are very pleased with. I would definitely recommend Dodd's to others.

Allysa was very helpful and set up a delivery day closer to when we were going to be moving. That way we were able to take advantage of the sale price which was only available on the weekend. Just another super positive experience that we've had with Dodd's over the years!

I had found one on the website that I thought would do, and when I went to see it in person, salesperson Anil was very helpful, without being pushy. After showing me the couch he left my friend and I to browse for a bit while I made a final decision. He ended up showing me a sectional that was even better without going over my budget, and there was no problem having it stored until the renos on my place were finished. Thank you, Anil, for all of your help with the purchase as well as arranging delivery to fit my schedule!
