We had originally said we would pick up the bed but with weather etc we decided to have it delivered. We just called to set up delivery and they were very helpful and efficient. I am really impressed with the customer service and helpfulness of the staff!

The delivery people were professional and were gentle with our home and even borrowed our vacuum to clean up! Wow. Last week we bought a new mattress from a mattress store because it is closer to our house than the Brick but we very much regret not having bought the mattress from the Brick. The mattress store delivery people caused significant damage to our home. In future we will always buy from the Brick because of the excellent service and high standards for delivery, and we will recommend the Brick to our friends and family.

I left a 2 star review he noticed it was me it was intended for another location. However I get a call and he wanted to follow up with me as to how he and the team could make the experience better. Going above and beyond gets you places in life. Do this 5 star is for him and I wish him luck in the new store in Alberta.

Cody is knowledgeable about the products and honest. Helped us to explore another options and decide for ourselves. Now, we are happy with the product. When I go back to the store, I would definitely ask for Cody.

Ron was great to work with from the get go - helpful and very communicative. We knew when we purchased our appliances that we'd have to wait a couple of months due to the global supply chain issues, and Ron emailed or called regularly with updates on the anticipated delivery. Ron even provided alternative options with earlier delivery times that we could choose from if we wanted. The two gentlemen that delivered our fridge in particular were fantastic. They went above and beyond what we had expected. We knew it was going to be a very tight squeeze getting the fridge up our stairs (there was less than a 1/2 inch clearance on either side with the fridge doors off), but the two guys quickly took off the doors, carried the 300lb fridge up the stairs (without any dents to our walls), and reassembled the fridge in a matter of minutes. They took away the garbage and recycling as well. We noticed a couple of minor cosmetic issues with the fridge, and notified the store. Julian was quick to respond and went above and beyond what we expected to resolve our problems (he even switched out a chipped door tray with one from the floor model). Overall, we are extremely pleased with the service that we got. We will definitely buy again from the Brick and will recommend them to others!

My sales consultant, Cody Love, was fabulous. He didn’t try to upsell…instead he put together a wonderful package that I wouldn’t have received if I simply ordered online, (as I have been doing due to the pandemic). Cody was professional, polite and a real pleasure to be served by. Honestly, it was very refreshing to have this kind of customer service when usually these days it is far and few between. ck
