When I was looking for a specific piece, which wasn't available, they suggested another shop, where I found exactly what I was looking for! Thankyou so much! I'll definitely be doing all of my furniture shopping at Q Living Furniture!

They recommended a really good delivery person as well ?

Helpful staff. Easy to find. Lots of options in addition to what's on the floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, not a very good experience. My wife and I went there today looking for bedside tables and a desk. We walk in and the two guys have their music on and cranked. Not my style of music which is fine. But it was cranked. It was uncomfortable walking through there to look at the things. We saw a bedside table we liked and asked if it came in a different wood and he said he would have to check. He never did check. We simply wanted an answer. He never did ask what kind of a desk I was looking for. Very bad 'salesman'. Then on the way out the guy was taking selfies on the couch. No questions to us about how else they could help. No good bye. No nothing. I can assure you there was no good bye from us. I can now say: 'goodbye'. We won't go back. We prefer to give our business to a place where they are interested in their customers and genuinely want to help their customers. Good bye to them. I wouldn't expect this business to be around long if they show such disregard to their customers. There are many other places to buy furniture in Victoria.
