Until We Meet Again Pet Memorial Centre

On Nov. 3 2017 we lost our best friend , our baby ! Erin at Until we meet again is just such a caring, loving person who helped us through a very emotional time . My husband and I were overcome with grief and really didn’t know where to start with saying our goodbyes and she helped us through the process with such compassion . We feel they honoured our baby with such dignity and they did such a beautiful job of engraving our special message onto her urn , presentation is beyond what we expected! So again we would like to Thank you from the bottom of our hearts !

I want to thank you Erin for her compassionate care and support while planning to lay my puppy to rest in Victoria. I am so grateful to "Until we meet again" for providing this service to pet lovers. They provide a beautiful warm environment where you can say your final farewell.

On Friday, we brought our beautiful yellow labrador Diesel to Until We Meet Again in Victoria for our final goodbye. Overcome with grief because of our unbearable loss, we were greeted by Erin who might as well have been wearing a white robe, wings & halo as she was like an angel...loving, patient, compassionate, healing and comforting with her soft spoken voice and gentle touch. Both Erin and Alex treated Diesel with the utmost respect and dignity. They also never forgot for a moment how broken we were being there and treated us with that same respect and dignity. We are forever thankful and will always remember the kindness and the loving care.

Our daughter's beloved rat, Ava ,was euthanized and UWMA took care of the private cremation and paw print. WOW , they were so respectful, professional, compassionate and exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Victoria is lucky to have such a wonderful place to take care of our special companions. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts

Erin went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my cat Nika''s passing. She listened to me on the phone for over an hour and gave me so much comfort. This business has compassion and empathy for those who lost their special pet. They were so helpful and patient with me and so very kind. I would like to Thank the Staff for the Care of my black lab Jack that passed on Feb 1, 2021. He was Everything to me and my son and Loved so Much. I just wanted to Thank your Company for the Great Care from pick up to Cremation to the Beautiful wooden urn, necklaces and paw prints. They gave us Great Peace so Thank-you very much for your kindness and Care.

Though my family and I never had any direct dealing with this organization, I still cannot thank Until We Meet Again enough for the comfort brought by just knowing our companion, Fonzie, was treated with respect and care during his cremation. When we had said our goodbyes to Fonzie at Victoria Central Vet Hospital, it was hard not knowing what was going to happen next. I worried where he'd be going, how his remains would be handled, and how'd we'd receive them. When a few days later his ashes were returned to us in an engraved wooden urn, accompanied by a lovely card of condolences and a pamphlet on dealing with grief following the loss of a beloved family pet, I felt such peace. It was easy to see that Fonzie had been handled with the utmost compassion, and it was easy to see that the folks at Until We Meet Again truly understand the loss experienced when a family pet passes. To the owners and staff at Until We Meet Again: you are all such kind-hearted people. You offer an essence of comfort to those dealing with what are devastating losses. You are truly unsung heros, bringing forth compassion and kindness in what are very trying times. Thank you so much for what you have done for my family and what you continue to do for so many others.
