Talking to the community before considering, LOTS of bad experiences.
To put it into perspective; If Ryan was a mechanic I wouldn't trust him to do an oil change properly.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sweet, silly pup had quite an accident. He needed stitches and several check ups in the following weeks to ensure he healed properly. Alissa, Christine and everyone at Cascade has been so helpful, caring and sweet. They’ve also been so busy and still manage to treat my pup like he’s their only patient, getting him in right away and thoroughly explaining his needs to me. I’ve been so impressed with and thankful for the special care they’ve given to us. I’d recommend them to anyone needing urgent or regular care for their sweet fur babies.

Thank you for taking Jasper on an emergency basis when I couldn’t get him in anywhere in Penticton. Forever grateful. ❤️??❤️
