★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great new veterinary clinic in Langford. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Klein is a very knowledgeable veterinarian. They have even built their scale into the floor to help alleviate anxiety for the pets! Which just shows how much they truly care about the animals. Highly highly recommend!

We had a great experience from the very kind help on the phone and at the door from Callie, as well as the care Bibble received. Dr. Klein took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were happy and she was. He was very kind and patient with our kitten as well as my partner and I. Bibble had a great first visit to the vet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my kitten in for last minute leg injury and was hesitant because this clinic is so new. I was able to be seen day-of , which was unexpected but very appreciated. Both techs and/or receptionists were very helpful and super friendly! Dr. Klein was efficient and kind, and provided me with very helpful information. He also didn’t push me to get x-rays done right away, which I really appreciated. The clinic itself was very clean and spacious, and the exam room had lots of natural light, which I think my cat liked! I’ll definitely be staying with this clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bright, clean and welcoming space with wonderful staff. Dr. Klein and team were amazing - so patient with my older dog who has anxiety at the vet. They followed up with a call the next day and gave us some options for further health diagnoses. Awesome service. Thank you!
