I popped in one day with my mother who was trying to find some new furniture for her condo. Furniture shopping can feel overwhelming but the folks here were awesome. They gave us space to look around, offered suggestions, gave great feedback and shared ideas. We ended up purchasing quite a few lovely pieces here. The staff really made the experience wonderful.

I bought a rug from Studio Y Design back in February. The salesperson Kirk was nice and helpful. I waited a couple of weeks for it to arrive and when I brought it home, there was a big stain in the middle of it. So I contacted Alykhan, the manager of Studio Y Design and he told me that I will have to wait a few more weeks for them to replace it. Not ideal but not the end of the world, either. After waiting a few weeks, I emailed for an update to no response. I called and he told me that it will be another few weeks. So I waited. Then emailed a few more times every couple of weeks but he didn't respond. I had to call the store to get him to set expectations with me when it was going to arrive. There was no apologies for the delays, and no offer of a discount or anything. When the rug finally arrived in the warehouse 3 months later, the manager told me that he would get a rush job on delivery to my house. When the movers called that day, they told me I had to wait 5 days to get it. So I had to call back and get the manager to give me an update on when it was being delivered and the rush deliver was changed from 5 days to 4. Overall it was 3 months before I got my rug and the entire time I had to chase down the manager to get him to set expectations with me. I give 2 stars because the salesperson was nice and the rug I eventually received was good and affordable. But I wouldn't go through the hassle again especially because the manager doesn't seem to really care about customer service.

We bought an EQ3 leather Solo sectional about 3 years ago. The initial sales experience was good - Studio Y was able to match a very good price from EQ3’s Vancouver store. The sectional developed a crack in its frame under warranty. We contacted Studio Y and provided photos of the problem - EQ3 was keen to replace the one piece with the cracked frame but Studio Y insisted that they replace all 4 sections so that the leather would match properly. Skip forward a few months and new sectional arrives is delivered and assembled by a great crew and the old material taken away. Effortless! Thanks for the great sales and even better service experience. Glad we bought locally.

My experience purchasing from StudioYdesign ended well. There was an issue with my original order however, the store owner/director communicated with me throughout the process and resolved the issue immediately (I won't go into details, as it was resolved immediately). The item we ended up with - A fantastic EQ3 adjustable side table/portable desk - is great! Overall, the friendly and knowledgeable staff made what could have been a frustrating experience a great one. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for high quality, stylish furniture with fair prices.

Purchased an EQ3 sectional in July. Just received it about a week ago and I am absolutely in love with it. From the size, to the shade, to the quality, all 5 stars. Studio Y was really helpful with what I was looking for and honest about the delivery time. Highly recommend.

I came to StudioYdesign as a referral from our designer and I've had multiple positive experiences with them. I've found them to be both helpful and informative during the process of purchasing furniture for our home. Despite global supply chain challenges, they have consistently given correct timing estimates and updates, even coming up with a creative solution to help us have something in our home to sit on when EQ3 delivered the wrong item to us. I'd like to give a special shout out to Pegah for being a lovely person to work with, being solution-oriented and providing consistent communication. I also felt that Pegah solved a warranty issue with grace and efficiency when I had been expecting a difficult process. I would definitely purchase from this company again and would recommend StudioY to others.

Joyce was so helpful when showing my partner and I couches! We purchased a beautiful couch on our 2nd visit and they arranged an affordable and quick delivery service. Would definitely recommend shopping here ☺️
