★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After dealing with Megson FitzPatrick for 8 years, customer loyalty doesnt mean much to this brokerage.
Since their merge they have lacked the ability to actually go understand our business with more than 6 account executives changing through out the years, its a nightmare to explain to every new account executive what our companies do.
When you dont understand a business you simply explain it wrong and get a completely wrong quote cause you are simply a broker.
We are moving all our business to HUB insurance and they really gave us the time to understand what we want.

Our agent Hayley was very informative and professional; she thoroughly explained the contents of each package and gave costs associated with their respective plans. She always responded promptly with accurate information if we had any questions and when I had an issue with withdrawal of funds she handled it with the utmost urgency. I feel that Megson Fitzpatrick went above and beyond what was required and made our experience navigating something new and unfamiliar a very comfortable.
I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends and do plan on using them for any of my future insurance needs.
