★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time dealing with this office and they were amazing. Hana helped sought out the renewals on 3 different lease vehicles and was prompt with communications on where she was at and what she was doing. Would definitely recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the insurance Company I was told I had to use when buying my truck. Friendly easy service easy to talk to their branches locally. However, they have deferred their auto insurance now to family insurance. Am not impressed thus far. The statement I made to the 1800 number was different then what the adjuster read back to me. I'm pretty sure I'm going to cancel this insurance early once I get this sorted and just get ICBC insurance over company. Yup no investigation, letting ICBC do an investigation....why am I paying them for ICBC to do their work?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find, lots of free parking, most luxury dealership uses them, and staff is friendly, quick to renew and knowledgable staff.
Food for thought: seems to only provide ICBC full comprehensive auto coverage. Other companies provide third party full comprehensive, which tends to be cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hana is the best insurance broker I have ever dealt with, extremely professional and works for me every time for the best options and discounts available. Year after Year. Thanks again for asking me whether or not I drive 5000 kms or less per year. You ask every year, and now this time my answer was yes. My insurance dropped substantially since not using my car for work, but now, even more so because of brokers like Hana Mulder that go above and beyond for the client. See you next year.
