Regardless of how long a fix takes, if Norm thinks his guys should have dealt with it quicker he will only charge you for the time he believes it should have taken. Honestest is hard to find in the automotive industry, especially on this scale. I have been going to Derick's for decades now and they never change, old fashion value and are there to help you. Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Norm (Derick's son) runs this shop with his wife. Easily my favorite shop around. Norm is extremely knowledgeable very kind and honest. Extremely good at electronic issues as well. Highly highly recommend Norm for anything from light cars to semi trailers. He does it all!

They are super kind people with big hearts, which is hard to find in mechanics sometimes. I trust them totally, and know that they only quote and fix what is necessary. I appreciate this relationship and highly recommend them to anyone.

Normen Stratford is the beard of knowledge in my books. As a family ran business they have a way of making me feel right at home and a part of the family. Extremely fair prices and always willing to go the extra mile even if he has no time. 100% By the standards of DOT excellent service. Always leaving with a smile with or without a vehicle.
