★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They totally ruined my oil pan thread. I went to them for an oil change but they over screwed and over tighten the drain plug to the point they it kept spining in it place and wouldnt come out from it place. It turned out that over tightening the drain plug was done with lot of force and it destroyed the treads on the oil pan. When I called them and told them what they had done they will investigate and get back. But they never did. My oil pan has no option but to be replaced :( Horrible customer service. I will never go to them and I dont recommend this place to anyone.

They were super accommodating when I brought my BMW in with overheating issues, and even gave me a ride home and picked me up the next day when it was repaired. And the quote I received to replace a radiator on my Isuzu was well below what two other shops quoted me. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother's 1990 Toyota corolla wagon over heated and stalled near Signature Automotive. The next morning we went down to the shop and one of the staff walked out to the car to bring it back to the garage and explained the radiator pressure test in front of us. Everything was explained with nothing hidden behind closed doors. The front desk staff were friendly too at payment time.
That was 2 years ago, this is now. They have gone down hill. It took them 5 hours to do a 1 hour job to replace a bottom coolant hose. The staff seemed to be always on some kind of break as work backed up. They said they fixed the lower coolant hose, replaced anti freeze, replaced the radiator cap because it looked old and slightly loose. They also gave me a quote for some other things that need repairs for about $1521. I still smelled coolant leak from the engine bay after the supposed repairs as if the job was not totally done. It seemed like a rushed job at the end and some details were missed. Another shop quoted the above with more stuff at a cheaper price.They got 1 star for quick greeting at the desk and showing me some stuff under the car.
