Mum and I were looking for a compact SUV, Brent was very kind to pick me up from work with the beautiful Juke, have me test drive it and drove me back again. They treated us like family. Brent even drove us to the bank and back, they really went above and beyond. Extremely friendly and professional every step of the way. We are very happy with our purchase and most importantly our experience with them. 10/10, if you have the slightest doubt in visiting them, don’t. They have really cool shirts and caps, EVEN COOLER PENS. Many thanks to you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been doing business with this company for a number of years and should have jumped on this review sooner. I have sold one car to them and bought three. All experiences have been more than positive and my primary contact is John N. As a seasoned business owner I am normally comfortable in any business environment but have deep suspicions around this industry. The Malibu gang have been completely above board on everything and I have never left the lot with feelings other than I have been fairly treated. Moreover, the last little runabout I purchased died suddenly within a few weeks. Without hesitation and exercising their own 3 month warranty, they took it back and had it repaired without any drama or gamesmanship. Good people, good business.

Malibu motors was fair and transparent in all matters related to, purchasing a quality used vehicle, start to finish. If you’re thinking of getting a new ride I would suggest stopping in, saying hello and browsing their inventory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the entire city enjoys their signs down a busy road. So kudos there. But John and the team at Malibu made my experience a good one. He was super responsive, kind, and even willing to talk to my dad in another province... He kept me posted, made sure the car was in it's best shape, and even putting a brand new set of tires on the car to make sure it was extra safe for my island adventures. Would 11/10 recommend.

It was a very fair offer, not high pressure, and no shifty business when it came to the inspection. Sean was nice and easy to talk to. He explained clearly the steps to complete the purchase. Overall it was a surprisingly pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Malibu. Also is nice knowing that we can support local business.
