If you’re taking your car anywhere else in Victoria you’re overpaying and probably getting ripped off. Go here.
R	Ryan Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have brought my car in 4 times, have always had to wait much longer than expected. This time, 1 hour oil change/service took 3 hours. Paul was very rude (I see trends of that in recent reviews) and did not communicate with me, kept telling me they were very busy. Was drastically over-quoted for a part, which I have experienced in the past here. Manager called me after I left poor feedback on their survey - I was offered a car wash.

An outrageous statement like that guaranteed I would go to a drive through place. I guess BCAA has no interest in serving a person who has been a member for 42 years.
E	Ellie Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with BCAA started off badly- my brakes failed while I was visiting Victoria so I had the car towed to the service centre late Sunday night. Called first thing Monday morning and was assured that I was first in line and that they would get to it. Communication for the remainder of the day was like pulling teeth. By mid day Tuesday I still don't have any idea where i stand and am making plans to rent a car to get home (a long ways). Fortunately I ended up with Phil on the phone, who took control of the situation, returned my call in less than 10 minutes and got me sorted out. Such a wonderful demeanor and so helpful- now I'm a happy customer. Phil just put in that extra little effort and saved the day- thank you. I wish the rest of the staff were as helpful
T	Tim Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously, I interacted with the older gentlemen and a bigger guy for oil changes (don't remember their names but that's my flaw in not remembering people's name) it was always great. Today though, I had my 4 tires replaced, Paul ordered them for me yesterday and today the mechanic worked on them. as well as oil change and recommended alignment. Paul is great... he explained to me with whatever questions I asked as I know nothing when it comes to cars. Keep up the good work, guys! :D
K	Katy Stockwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience at the BCAA on Bay street today! I had a flat tire and went in to get my it repaired and they immediately took care of me! They were very efficient- my tire was fixed and ready to go within 45 min. They gave me a detailed explanation of what happened and reassured me it was all fixed. I walked out of the service centre and my car was waiting for me out front. I felt so relieved and comforted by the BCAA team! Thank you for taking care of me!

My son is having cancer treatments and his car wouldn't start; Phil made arrangements to have the car towed and then kept me posted every step of the way, he was clear with pricing and was incredibly personable and helpful. I really felt like he went the extra mile to take care of my son when I couldn't be there! Phil is the reason I love to deal with BCAA!

There was a gas leak, and they informed me that they couldn't let me drive it away. So, bad news for sure. But they proceeded to have my car towed to the dealership to have it fixed as they couldn't do it in-house.... with zero expense to me. I was floored. So amazing!!!! Keep it up over there.
