★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a carry on bag that needed a strap sewn back on and my favorite Coach bag that a wore a strap out on for repair. Not only was the lady extremely friendly, the bags were done quickly and very sturdy. She also reinforced all the straps on both bags to make sure they were all good. Her work was superb and her prices were extremely reasonable. I will be taking any other bag mending to her in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my luggage bag fixed here. The airline damaged it and they said to have it fixed at an authorized repair centre. I did some research of my luggage brand's warranty and it lead me to Godfrey's in Victoria. I went in and she assessed my luggage and took it for repair. A few weeks later I got my luggage back fixed for no fee since the manufacturer will pay for her work. Overall a great small business gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in a suitcase with a destroyed wheel. Expecting all four housing to be changed to match, I got the wheel replaced instead at their suggestion. The repair was brilliant. I saved money and did not have to contribute to the waste landfill. I'd definitely make use of their service again.
