★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE PLEASE fix the high pitched buzzing noise at the top level near the street exit. It’s so awful that I cannot even shop there anymore, as I’m certain many others with sensory issues can’t as well. You’re missing out on quite a number of people’s business, which I guess doesn’t matter if you don’t value inclusivity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This winners is not large enough to be a winners location, so it's a bit disappointing. Missing entire sections, such as wall art and furniture. There is not even any small furniture items. The staff are wonderful here though, and it's nice to have a store downtown now regardless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a beautiful & interesting collection of items. Also, I really appreciate that I can bring my dog into Winners/Homesense. We were shopping for Nusu, so he got the chance to pick his own toy who we named Slothy ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional Jewelry manager and jewelry counter staff. I was paying for a watch in cash and they treated me like a criminal they kept me waiting for 5 minutes because the jewelry counter staff called the jewelry manager to check my cash as she thought it was counterfeit. Then jewelry manager called store manager because she assumed I was paying with counterfeit money. When the manager came down in 2 seconds he said it's real money and jewelry manager said are you sure ? He again said yes. Both ladies at the counter were very rude. No apologies for embarassing me or assuming that I was a criminal. I will never shop there again. I don't recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think your WINNER'S survey page needs fine-tuning, otherwise I wouldn't get this opportunity to tell you what I really want to say. Your Bay Centre Victoria is BY FAR, the nicest, cleanest, freshest, organized, friendly Winner's I have ever been in. EVER. The staff are super well at keeping the store looking absolutely amazing, well stocked and super clean! I was super impressed. Best store ever. I shared my thoughts with Chido, who was lovely and very friendly at the checkout, and she was flattered, mentioning that the staff do take extra care to make sure the store looks the way it does. Again, it shows!!! I don't think I will ever want to shop in any other Winner's other than this one again....... Seriously....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has good brands with cheap prices. If you need cloths which are expensive in different stores you can get cheaper in winners. Has different catalogue of brands with variety choice easily accessible without any restriction. They really return your money if you return it on the time they mention when you buy and they keep their words
