★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there today looking for new running shoes. They are clearly understaffed as I stood around the shoe department waiting for assistance, but after 20 minutes I gave up and left. I notice the selection of shoes and shoe laces is much less than other Sport Check stores. Would shop here for location convenience, however, if you have the choice I've found the Mayfair or Hillside location to have a wider selection and more available staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bike from sport check online in September. It was put together at this location by the service department. Took it home June 16th. Right pedal and one of the break pads fell off three weeks later. Service fixed it, brought it back two weeks later. Pedal feel off again. Service tried to fix it again, same problem a week later. Josh in Service was excellent to death with. The assistant manger Jeff was a nice guy but would not give me a full refund for the bike- just store credit. The bike was defective and very dangerous to ride. I was lucky I did not get hurt. Not happy with the bike at all. I don’t know if I will shop for another bike at Sportcheck ever again.

Jeff was incredibly helpful, very efficient, no pressure at all, and so polite. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get my dull skates sharpened and had a very good experience with Jeff, a sportchek staff member who was polite, professional and quick. Made me feel like a valued customer which is a feeling often lost these days in other establishments. Just a genuinely good person that Jeff, who cares about his store and makes people feel welcome and wanting to return again. Well done. Much appreciated. Richard S.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a abdomen guard from this outlet.. the store manager Jeff is super rude, mean and disrespectful..I rate this outlet 1 star purely because of his behavior..being polite is bare minimum but I think sport check don't know the meaning of it..
