★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge shout out to Jeremy and Max - super helpful! I had a huge debacle switching plans (moving off a family plan) and was worried about the cost implications. These two worked their magic with approval from their manager, got me a new plan (cheaper than my last) and a brand new iPhone! Very satisfied with my experience. Thank you Bell Bay Centre!

He tried to help me find savings on my plan while providing clear details pertaining to my contractual changes. The transfer from phone to phone was easy and I was able to retrieve everything without an issue. 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a 5+ star review I would because I really do not have enough good things to say about the team at this store. Jeremy and Matt were extremely helpful in getting me the right phone for the best deal and made the transition process from my old phone to the new one painless. Add on top of that being friendly and personable as well, it was an overall a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

They're very friendly and knowledgeable there, was able to answer all my questions very thoroughly no matter how dumb they may have been. Got me a phone and phone plan that works for me and brought down the cost of what my previous phone bill had been for a much better deal. The staff there are above and beyond. If I could give over 5 stars for their help I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was with another provider for almost 10 years and I was nervous to change despite feeling like I was being ripped off. Jenelle at the Bay Centre location was very informative and more importantly very personable. 2 months ago Jenelle upgraded my phone, and she got me a great plan with more data, and in total it still costs me less money per month than my previous contract I got through the loyalty team with my previous provider and old phone. Great service provider and even better customer service!
