The product is exceptional and the customer service at the store was absolutely out of this world. For those who think customer service is dead, go visit the Tilly store on Yates Street, Victoria. A superb shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a must visit for regular travelers (and even not so regular travelers). There are many durable clothes and travel "gadgets". The staff are helpful and friendly while not being overbearing. There is a good range of product.
Tilley clothes have a good reputation for durability and comfort though they do tend to be on the more expensive side. Careful shopping in outlets close by may produce more economical solutions though the Tilley guarantee is very attractive.

I picked up a full zip sweater for a trip to Europe and it was very functional, comfortable... and still looks good too. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
