★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of clothing they carry is wonderful but their own brand is really excellent. I own a few basic long sleeves and wear them constantly. The hemp is a very comfortable texture and thermoregulating! Super nice and helpful staff too. Always very friendly and inviting atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into ION to find a sports bra made with natural fabric a couple weeks ago after speaking with a helpfully pleasant woman over the phone. I was greeted by the same, naturally beautiful soul when I walked in the door. I absolutely love my new bras that will last 10+ years!!! Highly recommend investing in clothing made with natural materials, produced locally that promote longevity and peace <3

The staff were very knowledgable and enthusiastic in helping me find an outfit. What really stood out for me, was the passion that all the staff seemed to carry. I look forward to continuing to coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this store does not do returns. I was gifted an expensive sweater from here and the style is not at all for me. I did not find anything else in the store that I liked and was given no other options except a gift card. Now I have a gift card with money I will never spend which seems like a waste. Sad to see a friends hard earned money go down the drain, I just unfortunately do not wear clothing of this style at all. Just be careful when buying gifts here as there is no way to get your money back even within a week of buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, shopped there today, asked if product was local and was told the company had moved to Vancouver. Later when i checked out the shirt I saw a made in China label and a Toronto importer label. When I paid about $90
I assumed sustainable, friendly , local. It wasn't until I heard about the bitcoin ATM that how different our ideals are. Nice staff ,shop and shirt though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get my wife a scarf. They had a beautiful and complete scarf selection including cashmere, silk, linen and cotton ones. Surely one of the nicest selections in Victoria. The men’s clothes looked really comfortable and casual. The staff (Sarah perhaps) was genuine and very helpful. I’ll definitely return.
