★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adelphi is a trio of beautiful apartments on the corner of Government and Yates. Premium appliances, classic and stylish touches throughout and huge south and east windows with lots of light made living here a dream come true. GMC projects did an incredible job on this one. Property manager Dave is a great guy; prompt, courteous, hard working and easy to get along with. My life changed so my living situation changed as well, but I recommend this building. (and GMC in general) with confidence to anyone.
