★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shiny new store, friendly staff and high quality products but the prices can be pretty WOW. Save it for your next trip to the mainland and hit the factory store in N. Van for seconds. Very, very minor cosmetic imperfections (virtually unnoticeable on the jacket I bought) can save you enough to cover the ferry and lunch for you and a friend though you do sacrifice on selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arc’teryx Victoria is awesome. Toni helped me find the gear best suited to what I needed. Her product knowledge was amazing, and she was super friendly and helpful. Jamie the assistant manager was also very helpful in specific questions I asked. The whole team in there is super welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend the Victoria store. If you are thinking about arc’teryx gear, you already know the quality and performance as it speaks for itself, and is unmatched. Just rip the bandaid off and buy it… buy once, cry once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, and thanks to Toni and the team at the Victoria location, Christmas was magical last month. I was desperately trying to locate an item that was completely sold out in Quebec. The only store in Canada that had the item was in Victoria, BC, but unfortunately they weren't able to ship the item out of province. Toni went above and beyond to ensure I get my hands on the item. So, she suggested a transfer between stores. With the collaboration of the local Arc'teryx store in Westmount, Brian was able to receive the jacket, and called me over to make the purchase.
It was beautifully wrapped, and I got to place it under the tree just in time for Christmas.
Smart and friendly staff, and thank you for a pleasant shopping experience. I will definitely be a returning client.
