★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We LOVE fresh tracks! They have allll things outdoors and it is my go to shop for gifts for my family. I really love the touch of children’s things throughout the store. I can also grab a coffee/treat and relax on the couch while my boys play on the climbing wall and archery. The staff have always been SO good with the kids and I and don’t hover. 10/10 recommend this shop!

Every time I walk in, the staff are friendly and very helpful. I've also heard great things about the climbing wall and archery lane too! It's nice being able to support local during this time.

Absolutely great experience! Living in Burnaby BC I was fortunate to find Fresh Tracks Outdoors Club online for equipment/products I was looking for and unavailable in Vancouver.
I also interacted with Emma, for further details on my purchase and her response was simple, friendly and totally professional.
