D	Dwight Kwok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Women’s dresses are great here - REALLY good! I got 5 or 6 of them for my wife. But, I will never get any men’s products here ever again. Hemming was done wrong (dress pants came out at least an inch too short and I had to pay for it. ... fitting is off and when I decided to not go through with it, the shopkeeper promised that they would “make it right” if I get the pants. Owner sent me to his tailor to have the problems “fixed”, only to learn from the tailor that what he thought possible cannot be done. I’m now stuck with an overpriced semi-hipster oversized dress pants. Not a pleasant experience.

I didn’t notice in the store the dress is unlined. Without lining it hikes up while I’m wearing it. After wasting a couple of blocks it is around my waist. I now wear a slip under it but I still have issues with it binding around my legs and hiking up. Probably one of the most disappointing clothing purchases I’ve made.

The owner (I'm assuming, he said he designed the dress I was looking at and seemed to be quite in charge) was incredibly helpful and not at all pushy. My husband and I were very happy to have gone in and each found things we love. We plan on going back next time we need/want to buy new clothes. For a small local store Oxford has a great selection, awesome service, and is a total 5/5. Their leather goods are worth checking it out if nothing else brings you in!

I've basically fallen in love with each piece that I've purchased from this store. Even after moving away from Victoria, I still wanted to purchase items from Oxford. Dave, the owner, made it possible over Facebook chat/phone and was super easy to communicate with, making sure I got the right sizes. I would highly recommend Oxford for anyone looking to invest in quality clothes and the local economy! :)
