★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a shame with your staff around 130pm family day. Came all the way from Australia for 2 years worth of shopping. Saw a few things I was interested in buying from your Insta page. But walked in to shop and not even a response or hello. Walked right through the shop and back and those staff at the counter just gave me a blunt stare. Maybe my brown skin made them think I wasn't rich enough to buy from your shop. Oh well turned out better for me to spend it at black goat cashmere up the road on some cashmere sweaters. Will never bother with your downtown or uptown stores in future. Not sure what you classify as busy with only 3 others including me within the the store.

Oh, and the suits are beautiful too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dale and staff went beyond exceptional service in providing three great looking suits for my son's wedding. While we were cutting it close due to supply chain issues with Outlooks suppliers, Dale came through on time with all three outfits. I was the best dressed old guy at the wedding. Both fittings and recommended accessories were perfect. A big thank you to Dale & staff for their great friendly service.
