My girlfriend has been coming here for years and swears by them.
I popped in to have my leather belt looked to see if they could add a few more holes added and within a few minutes I was on my way with a great fitting belt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a pair of cowboy boots to him to bring in the shaft opening of the boots so that they fit better around my calf muscle and he did a great job. He matched the leather and the quality of work is excellent, and they still remained water proof. He also did them in a way that saved me money and charged me half the price he quoted me, which was reasonable to begin with. The boots fit excellent, I'm very happy with the work. Highly recommend going to him if you have any need of repair to your favorite shoes or boots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bao and the team are great to work with and the shop is a pleasure to visit. I've had my boots resoled here a few times now with great results. Get yourself quality footwear that can be worked on, and Bao & the team will take care of them... or better yet, buy a pair from Bao!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to Bao twice now to mend my boots. The first time I got my doc martins resoled at a cobbler on Johnson street who did a poor job as within a week one of the soles was peeling off. I then went to Bao who re-glued the sole to the boot. His service was quick and super affordable, and the sole has lasted ever since !
I recently went back to him to mend another set of of boots with peelings soles, as well as got him to resole a pair of sneakers. Reliable friendly, good quality and affordable service :)
