★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought an elderly friend here yesterday, looking for a good, supportive pair of shoes that would help prevent her from tripping and falling. The service we got was impeccable, right from the moment we walked up and the owner ran to the door to open it for us. The owners mother was there working for a couple weeks and she assisted us. She was a wealth of information, and gave us a lot of info about what would be the safest and most supportive shoe. She was able to customize the shoe to fit my friend perfectly. She brought over multiple pairs to try, and really made sure the shoe fit properly. She was also friendly, funny, and made the whole experience really good.
The owner checked us out, and he was also very friendly and appreciative of the business.
The shoes are expensive but they’re very good quality, and the store itself provides a very old-fashioned, custom sales experience, to find the right shoe. They had all sorts of different widths as well. I’d highly recommend if you have hard to fit feet, or are in need of good quality, supportive footwear.
