★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS. is my favorite health food store, the whole experience, from getting offered tea or another product drink they're featuring as soon as you walk through the door, to the amazing staff and knowledge. The selection they have is great and if there's something they don't have their on the computer finding it for you. A friend of mine had told me about them and I live quite close but never really noticed them before, so glad she did. Also the talks and workshops they run is a nice bonus, the continual education on different things and topics is so wonderful! I also work remote so I do my ordering online from them and always receive my packages quickly and with a handwritten thank you note to boot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My absolute FAVOURITE store for the best products, from dry food and snacks, vitamins, meat, bone broth, skin care, clothing & aromatherapy. The knowledge and time the staff take to truly help you find exactly what you need is incredible. Always well taken care of, offered a cup of tea, tasty samples and leaving a healthier me! It’s my kids favourite store too, hard to say “no” when everything is so good for them, even the treats! ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived next to this store since they've opened and never stepped foot inside, thinking they were just a snobby "vitamin" store. Oh my how I was wrong!! I finally stepped inside in April after starting keto, just to see if maybe they had a product or two... Holy amazeballs! They have a huge selection of keto items! My jaw dropped to the floor. Their prices were similar or lower than Whole Foods, and they stocked items that I could only find online before. I would much rather support a local store than either of those, let's be real. I love how they put little tags under the products that say Keto Friendly and I can trust that it's actually true and not just "low carb". It shows that they appreciate my time and helps me quickly find/zoom in on what I want.
This was the store that introduced me to unbun products and Farm Girl's Salted Caramel granola (bless you!) and I love that they often have sales that go for weeks! This allows people that might not live so closely to fit a visit into their next foray in the area without panicking.
When I casually mentioned it was my first visit to the store at checkout, they provided me with a coupon for my next visit and a little goodie bag! How sweet! Of course I returned and told my friends and they gained a total of 3 new regular customers from that one visit. Now THAT'S a smart business!

You could spend hours here browsing the unique curation of products they offer and learning about the ways you can support your own health and wellness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best health store on the island! The staff is not just good but exceptional! Every time I go in there I am warmly greeted and assisted by the friendliest people. My questions are always answered by people who know the products and care about their jobs. Amazing variety of products and I love that I can get hard to find and unique things there too. I love the fact that they are local and supporting small businesses especially right now is a treat! Thanks again to all the staff. :)
