★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been shopping here for years. Just went with my 60 year old brother who clearly has Parkinson’s. WOW. Zero customer service. And after spending a good 45 minutes and well over $400 - we were asked to buy a bag. No thank you for shopping with us.
Really like to shop local and don’t typically buy on line. And yes should have brought multiple reusable bags with us. However customer service and common courtesy could would have gone a long way here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a large man, you need to shop here! I am 6 foot 5, 230 lbs, and I need jeans size 38/36, which is usually impossible at all other stores, but I found 2 pairs my size in two different styles at the Mark's down by Capital Iron! I even found a size 40/38 jeans there too! And for work boots, I take a size 13, but I've seen up to size 18! I'm not sure about women's large sizes because I'm not a woman, and my wife is small, but for large boys, Mark's is the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever time I go into Marks, I'm hoping for work wear that I can wear (female). I work outside in the elements and its so incredibly hard to find anything that fits. The tiny ladies section is super sad. Wishing one day Marks will realize there are A LOT of females who work in trades and they need durable gear too (rain gear included)! Thanks for the consideration! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked right in there with a fast paced conviction that said I was a badass boss and after grabing only one item from the rack on my swift saunter to the checkout desk I said to the clerk "Give me a $50 gift card! These make the best birthday presents!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good selection. Don't be upset if you find it somewhat messy at times. The customers need to pick up after themselves. The salespeople are lovely but can only do so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to come to this location as the Lankford store did not have the size. The employees were hard to distinguish between regular customers in the store. Managed to find the project myself I was looking for, the store looks in rough condition and they could definitely use some new benches to sit on while you try on shoes and boots

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good deals, good selection of boots (albeit was a little tricky to find my size in a boot I liked) lineup was crazy and they were super under staffed. Offer decent wages to keep staff! $17 isn't a good wage when minimum is 15.25
