I walked in on a whim after procrastinating buying a raincoat for the city. You, fabulous Lulu employee, enthusiastically approached me and when I told you the jacket I wanted you said come with me, I'll let you try mine. Within minutes we were on the phone to another store tracking down the last jacket in my size in the country. I am so stoked I didn't miss out on this jacket I was longing for and didn't know was about to be unavailable indefinitely. This experience was above and beyond and I can't thank you enough. 10/10 customer service, 10/10 would shop here again at 2pm on a Monday.

I walked in and showed the lady working there. She brought me back to the pants and let me pick a brand new pair to replace them. The whole time she was sooo friendly to my 2 year old, and myself. The exchange was so easy it almost felt unnatural. The staff here are incredible. I can’t remember the name of the lady who helped me, but I do remember that the lady working beside hers name was Katie. Katie gave my daughter a sticker. everything was just above and beyond. To the staff: you guys are killing it. Thanks for making me feel so welcome.

My mom had passed away early that morning after a long battle with Alzheimers. As I was processing the news, I stopped in at Lulu to pick up a gift for my husband.. Nate, a young associate asked me how my day was going? I told him, I'd had better days. I went on to inquire about the On the Go jogger for my husband. Nate expertly assisted me by finding the right size that was not on the floor. When he came back, I told him my sad news. Nate was so incredibly empathetic and kind offering me a big hug! This young man is so genuinely authentic and gives the best hugs! He went on to finish my sale and made me feel so much better. It felt like he was sent to me on that day to lift me up! Thanks Nate, I will forever remember your kindness on a day when I really needed it.

Let's hope you don't have an issue with any item because you won't be pleased with how it's handled. Service is horrific to try & reach anyone by phone, email or online especially & policies have all changed. Very unfortunate. This used to be my favorite brand & now I refuse to support them.
h	hbanz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are high, but beyond that their clothing has been high quality and you can always take it to them to get repaired for free (no receipt needed). So it is definitely a win. I wear commission pants 5-days a week at work, would love to try their commission shirts or equivalent at some point.

I just told her what kinds of leggings I am looking for, and she introduces couple styles similar to what I want. I ended up getting a few of them since I was really happy I decided to go this particular location with their amazing service.
