★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome Service! We arrived on a cruise and the team quickly picked us up and got a car ready for us. We were able to take a leisurely ride to Victoria's beautiful sites. Uri and Rachel made sure we got from and to our ship on time and gave us plenty of tips on where to eat and what to see. Call them up when your ship docks and have a great day and great car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in on Family Day, and had some troubles due to BC Ferries experiencing a mechanical delay, throwing off my plans. Even though it was no fault of Enterprise, and they were super busy with the Family Day weekend themselves, Simarvir went out of his way to help me out. I greatly appreciate the flexibility and assistance, it made my day just that little bit easier. Thanks, and I'll be using Enterprise in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a reservation online and received a reservation number but they didn't have any cars available when I arrived to pick it up!! I'll NEVER book with them again. Completely lost my trust. I only booked with them because BCAA recommends them. I let BCAA know about it and they are investigating...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a confirmed booking done by our body shop Ferny Auto for 26th April 022 morning . They have no cars available for pickup on Tuesday morning,. The staff mentioned to us as well as the body shop that they will call as soon as there is car available. On following up by phone by us and Ferny auto next day the staff mentioned we will call as soon as a car is available. Today is Thursday 28th April so far no calls from the staff. I understand there is shortage for car but at least the staff can call and keep us updated that they have not forgotten us and working hard to get us a car. But no response and no customer care is what we get from staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a negative star review, (but in order to post I have to click on one). I am so disappointed in this company. I reserved a pick up truck on Wednesday April 27, through Boyd Autobody then confirmed again on Friday. Now on Monday May 2 they say they don't have any trucks and gave me the smallest car they have. I need the truck for work as mine is being repaired, so now I will be unable to do some jobs I am booked for. NOT Cool Enterprise I am extremely disappointed, you have lost a customer and I will not be recommending you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
I admit it was my fault leaving my insurance papers in the rental but they are doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to return them to me. These papers have everything in them from my address to my banking information. They basically told me it wasn't their problem that they didn't check the car before renting it out. I bet they didn't even clean it. (I was sick during the rental period and I didn't clean it I was sick the day I returned it)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to pick up a loaner that was authorized by ICBC while a claim is being processed. The staff had everything ready so it was a quick in, show the ID, sign and out again with the loaner car. It was great to be back on the road again so quickly and in such a nice automobile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rishabh Jain at Enterprise rental Victoria branch was very helpful and informative. He really booked a best ride for a week.. I am very delightful with the services and will recommend my near ones for enterprise. Getting a rental car with smooth processing in a new place adds an extra star to the adventure trip and this was possible becuase of the service provided by enterprise . Looking forward for a trip again soon too .
