Every single thing I’be had from working culture has been delicious. Their city loaf is the best sourdough I’ve found in the city and their treats never fail to impress me and anyone else I buy them for. On top of their impressive baked goods, their staff are so sweet and pleasant. I love working culture and the people who work there!

This bakery had non-stop traffic the entire time we were here (popular!!) It’s super welcoming and the aroma is to die for. My cousin’s neighbours recommended this place to her and now we realize the true popularity. Can’t wait to try the cinnamon buns soon!! Also need to note how friendly the staff are ??

By far the best cinnamon bun I have ever tried. So good in fact that it does not need to hide behind a layer of frosting on top. Love grabbing it along with a baguette or olive loaf to make a lunch sandwich!

Wow this place was great way to start the day today. Got a cheese pretzel that was so delicious. Also enjoyed the chocolate chip cookie that was a little salted. We shared that with a latte and an americano. Then added a walnut raisin scone. As we went to leave we noticed the lemon zest and olive bread. We got a loaf of that too. I’ll be back!

I went for a coffee and ended up with a cardamom oat beverage that was amazing! The fridge was stocked with the most wonderful selection of QuΓ©bΓ©cois fromage and I carefully read each description before finally selecting one to try. The prices seemed quite reasonable considering the amount of work that’s gone into the process.

Extremely high quality goods FRESHLY BAKED EACH DAY. I had the chance to try a few loaves from Working Culture Bread in 2021... fast forward to now, April 2022. They have installed a NEW bread machine and the bread is even BETTER in EVERY way!!! They said they were raising prices, but somehow it seems the prices come to a lower total than before?! Damn this place is seriously good. I go at least once a week now. Everything is delicious but my favourites are the olive bread, with abundant olives, and basque cheesecake. The cinnamon rolls are fluffy yet scrumptious. Their breakfast sammiches and grilled cheeses are also delicious. Found them out after trying their goodies as part of a fundraiser this summer, so they also support the community. Highly recommended.

Wow..this place. I went for a loaf and added a baguette, cinnamon buns (omg) and the smoked cheese pretzel. Can I take a minute and admire the crust on that pretzel? I don't even know what magic made this possible (thank you bakers!). The cinnamon bun is so moist and sticky, I was hoping it wouldn't be too bready because its large but it is true perfection. I forgot to ask for my oatmeal cookie latte to be half sweet but it was the perfect sweetness. I could go on, I have yet to eat the baguette and loaf (I am excited :) There are an assortment of cheeses and pΓ’tΓ©'s, jams and pickles (very parisian). oh, and the staff are warm and lovely. The line you will likely endure is worth the wait!
