I went to Bay Street Broker and was really pleased to see that the phones they had in stock were all with the original boxes, cables, and manuals. It really relieved my concerns about the "origin" of the phones and how they got there. We tried a phone out that looked good. I got a great deal and Drew was kind and courteous. There did end up being issues with the phone (at no fault to the store) and Drew went out of his way to make things right. I can't comment on their valuation when taking pawns but I can say that, as sellers, their service greatly exceeded my expectations.
H	Hazel V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, the men running this establishment do not exactly seem concerned with customer service or experience and I would not describe them as being very pleasant to deal with. Perhaps it's due to the nature of the business that they feel the need to come off as though you are seriously troubling them by being in their presence. Or possibly they actually do not possess a single soft skill at all between them. Hard to say. All in all, I did not like being there and found it very cringeworthy watching them treat customers with what seemed to me as disrespect.

Was looking for a turntable and saw a listing for the one I wanted on usedvictoria. The ad was posted by the Bay Street Broker Ltd. I went in the next day to have a look. I was a little hesitant since I haven’t been in a pawn shop for over 2decades, so didn’t really know what to expect to be honest. I approached the person behind the counter and was pleasantly surprised how helpful he was! He helped me with all my questions professionally and with confidence and pride in the products on his shelf. He said the boss would never allow a product come in without throughly testing it. I bought it and am happy to say it’s working perfectly and meets my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to drop into this pawnshop again to even just browse. During this time of Covid19, we gotta keep small businesses alive - especially the ones that are trying to make a difference in customer service, like these guys.
