★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This facility has excellent kids kickboxing classes. Both my young boys have attended for a year now and love going every week. Rob runs a great class and the whole class structure is very well organized. Highly recommended.

I had been attending kickboxing classes at the local YMCA but wanted to take it to the next level, so a friend referred VMA. Coach Rob and his team are experienced and have been training fighters of all levels achieve their goals. I look forward to seeing my accomplishments a year from now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been attending classes at VMA for just under a month. I wanted to get in shape and treadmills bore me.
I walked into VMA with no previous experience, not knowing anyone, and Coach Rob introduced himself and welcomed me in right away.
All of the coaches and other students have been extremely patient with me while going through basics and drills. I can tell everyone really wants to help me succeed.
I have never sweat so much in my life and have no doubt with VMAs help I will hit my fitness goals in no time.
Thank you Coach Rob, Coach Tristan, and Coach Ross!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time i come to improve myself I have the coaches behind me supporting my journey aswell as my peers who support me, they are really actually amazingly dedicated to improving me. When I feel down or low, I can always look forward to feeling like I belong somewhere in this gym wether I was 280 pounds or 255 now. I am continuing to lose weight as I follow the tips given and the work put into this.
100% recommend starting your journey to a stronger you, now.
