โ โ โ โ โ Excellent introduction to Jiu Jitsu. Very friendly atmosphere with an emphasis on safety and fun. Instructor is a world-class competitor and extremely knowledgeable and approachable. I am 49 years old and this is a great fit for me as a form of exercise to keep me in shape. My 15-year-old son loves the technical aspects of the sport and we can "roll" together. Great experience for the whole family! I should mention that some of the students are top level competitors themselves, but they know how to roll with and teach new-comers to the sport.

โ โ โ โ โ When I started asking around about a jiu jitsu coach who had accomplished something on the competitive level the recommendations were all for Matt Kaiser.
I have now trained under him for a couple years and he is one of the best instructors you could ask for. His understanding of jiu-jitsu and sport wrestling is amazing and he has created a wonderful club atmosphere with fantastic students.
It's a great place to practice martial arts!

Matt Kaiser is a talented athlete and coach but more importantly he has shown to be world class at building an inclusive and dedicated team. I could not recommend Kaiser Jiu Jitsu enough!
The class is geared towards progression through experience, unlike other gyms that run through the moves then send you packing. Here you get ample coaching in the Jiu Jitsu curriculum immediately followed by a period of light rolling (sparing) to lock in what you've just learned. It's also set up in a manner where no matter if you're a beginner or into your 4th year you'll be able to train and progress.

โ โ โ โ โ I came to Kaiser jiu jitsu for the 6 week program to learn the art of grappling and the nutrition meal plan. Matt Kaiser and his senior students are welcoming to everyone in the class. I felt the classes were fun, safe, and when it gets tough they were motivating to help you through it. I really enjoyed the classes since day one to the end of 6 weeks, where I lost 17 pounds and 6 percent body fat. I would highly recommend Kaiser Jiu Jitsu to everyone if they are looking to learn grappling and to get in great shape!

Since training there I have gotten in the best shape of my life, and have made many friends in the process. โ โ โ โ โ Great classes and instructors! Very welcoming environment and not intimidating at all for beginners. Matt and his team are great and the classes are fun and challenging. I learned a lot and got in great shape doing the 6 week challenge. The fitness and nutrition plan and jiu jitsu were awesome. I lost weight and made huge improvements to my cardio, flexibility and general fitness while meeting some great folks and having fun. If youโre a beginner and want to try jiu jitsu for the first time, I highly recommend Kaiser Jiu Jitsu. Iโm a female over 40 and I was nervous to try it out, but once I joined I was hooked!
